Allt A' Mhullin 15 Year Old, distilled in 2005 single cask of 220 bottles.

Bottled at 50% Vol Ex Bourbon cask matured.

The water used to make this single malt gives the whisky its name The Allt A Mhullin is a stream coming off the UK's highest mountain (Ben Nevis)

Nose: Rich with a little soft western highlands wet grasses, some oak and spice with a little soft maritime undertones, vanilla and soft pepper, citrus and some honey.

Palate: Very good mouthfeel to this dram as it slowly releases a heather and honey note, some vanilla and shortbread notes, a little dry spice and peach. Some citrus comes into the finish but never over domination and a little charred oak.
