Nose: Late season orchard fruits, a fresh vibrant spearmint and soft sea salted potato crisps, hints of cedar and honey coated peanuts, hay and oak shavings, some rich toffee.  

Palate: A nice robust and flavour packed palate opens with a bold sweet smoke and salted toffee, sliced apples and dates make a quick appearance on the mid palate before a wave of sea spray, shortbread and apricot, bonfire embers with a little toasted almond and smoked cheddar, tobacco leaf, a little sweet spice and pepper.
