Benriach 2015 Bottled 2022 7 Years Old First fill bourbon oak cask filled 

Nose: Soft spices, hints of lemon and honey with a touch of ginger and dried oak, crispy sweet popping candy, honey and soft whipped fudge, some pepper and charred aromas. 

Palate: A rather nice old school waxiness on the front of the palate with a hint of dried summer fruits, hints of allspice and popcorn, with some citrus and light truffle notes adding to the rather long mid palate, As this dram opens it takes us to a rich and softly spiced tone,  lingering fruity finish with a touch of parchment and caramel toffee, a nice sweet undertone of embers with peaches and golden honeycomb.
