Independently bottled Bowmore is always a treat, and Gleann Mòr Spirits has a great second-fill sherry cask here for its Rare Find collection. Matured for over a quarter of a century, this is bursting with tropical fruit while keeping a smoky kick. It’s been bottled at natural cask strength and colour, and with no chill-filtration. 

Tasting notes:

Nose: Pineapple, melon and guava rise over barbeque embers, dark chocolate and inviting sweet spices.

Palate: The warmth continues, propped up by chilli chocolate, ginger and nutmeg, while mango rounds it out. The smoke keeps building

Finish: Long with the smoke turning earthier.
