Sherry Cask: Wood: American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts, seasoned with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry.
Nose: Some classic sherry notes flow out alongside some brown sugar and cherry pie with a touch of roasted coffee beans.
Palate: A smooth and fruity opening on the palate, with a rich taste of dark stone fruits, chocolate and a hint of roasted almonds. Some deliciously complex notes in the finish with a peppery oak spice accompanied by notes of dried fruits. A lingering finish that draws you back for more.
