Nose: Springtime floral notes of cherry blossom, toffee sauce and fresh crepes, some green grapes and hard candy, fresh cut straw and cut wood add a more subtle aroma of sap into the mix.
Palate: Malt and dates with a dash of melted butter over a warm brioche and chocolate loaf, damson jam and sweet new season honey, a dusting of ground almond and icing sugar, lingering sweet spices add another layer across the back of the palate.
