Nose: From the start we find a sweet and rounded aroma of soft orchard fruits, a little hint of lemon and cream, soft caramel toffee and vanilla pod, with some delicate aromas of apple and soft sponge cake to draw you in. 

Palate: The palate is a mirror of the nose on the front of the palate with sweet orchard fruits, freshly squeezed grape and apple juice give a superb fruity taste, a building of spices and soft citrus notes, red apples and a hint of crumble and a crisp demerara shell, sweet orange and delicate lemon cream, fruit juice and gentle spices.
