Nose: Sweet with toasted oak staves, soft summer hay and dried apricots, some soft grassy notes and lingering dried fruits like sultana and raisins, a toil of candied lemon and quince.
Palate: A superbly rounded and smooth palate starts off with sweet tropical fruits, peanut brittle and golden honeycomb, with sweet shortcrust pastry and lemon meringue pie topping, with tropical fruits and a hint of baked apple in the nice rich and smooth finish.
