Nose: A slightly citrus note to begin with as the dram rests we find stormy sea spray, iodine, seaweed Bakewell tart and spicy fennel.

Palate: This is Islay for sure, lots of coastal tones from the off, some tobacco leaves sweet oak and smouldering embers, some vanilla and golden honey with salted caramel.
Hints of smoked meats and a delicate roasted pepper lead to a warming full bodied Islay finish.
