Nose: With a tangy spice note on the front of the nose, some sweet minty aromas ass a nice twist, cracked black peppers and stem ginger. Honey and a crispy shell of ground almonds and dark chocolate.  

Palate: A rich front of the palate with a mixture of ginger, sweet cherry and soft dates, a little Turkish delight and soft green springtime leaf shoots, crushed almond and hazelnuts with a sweet toffee and cereal bar note. Dates, ripe plumbs and lots of rich fruit cake flavours, some spiced apple. A complex and very enjoyable Rum
