Nose: Candied lemon, shortbread and iced tea cakes, soft hints of grapefruit with a little melon and honey, green apples adding a nice tarty aroma with a little hint of hessian.

Palate: A mellow opening with a touch of white pepper, a little drying spice, soft and creamy notes flow into the mid palate with a vanilla and soft honey note, a smooth and light mix in the finish.
