Arran Machrie Moor Peated Lochranza Malt 56.2%

This is a peated expression from Arran distillery established 1997.

Arran has a reputation for quality and taste, this expression will not disappoint fans of the heavier styles from Scotland's west coast & islands.

Nose: Big bold rich burning wood and coal with some lighter fruit tones that mingle with smouldering embers, sea spray and spices.

Palate: The nose is playing across the palate with a seamless motion, a lively opening leads to some rather enjoyable citrus like tones, tropical soft fruits sweet spices and roasted yellow peppers.
Hints of summertime barbecue start to round off this dram soft toasted oven bottoms with hints of coco and a delicate pepper.
