Refill bourbon and sherry casks.

Nose: Very approachable notes from the start, hints of almond and soft fruity tones, some soft peat smoke, some orchard fruits, white chocolate fondant with a little hint of ground coffee beans, latte foam, soft stoned fruit.

Palate: A great balance on the palate, fresh baked patisseries’ and soft sweet smoke tones, vanilla pod and light golden fruit cake, the coffee notes on the nose arrive in the mid palate, chocolate truffle, smoke and mixed fruits through out the palate, a lingering rich dram that keeps you coming back.
