Nose: This is a sublime rich and fruity nose, with a creamy tone, with a soft vibrant aroma,  fresh baked pâtisserie, apricot and maple, some toasted sweet oak choux pastry with a lemon cream drizzle and fresh cream.  

Palate: A smooth and extreme elegant opening on the palate, creamy velvet cheesecake, hints of mango and melon, Café crème, crispy candy shells, peaches and cream, crushed candy with soft golden brown sugar, honeycomb, hint of spice.  

The finish is very long-lasting, elegant and alive with soft tropical fruits.
