Wuliangchun Elegance (Blue) / 50% / 50cl  Baijiu

Made with a mix of 5 Grains - Sorghum - Rice - Sticky Rice - Wheat & Corn

Nose: Fruity notes will come through after an initial Hay and sweet grains, soy, orange and tropical fruits with a little spice, tobacco leaves and  subtle sweet smoke like tones.

Palate: The citrus orange notes you find on the front of this Baijiu, hints of fennel and other fresh herbs, lots of zesty citrus and a little vanilla to balance out the palate, some nice rich slightly coastal and soft charred oak notes make this a very interesting drink to savour or mix into a cocktail.
