Nose: Soft baked vanilla sponge, some sweet spices, honey and cinnamon buns, soft baked pears and apple strudel, gentle fudge and spices flow forward as this dram opens up so perfectly in the glass. 

Palate: A creamy rich opening on the palate, vanilla and spiced peach, some whipped fudge and golden honey with crushed almonds and soft dark fruits, toffee apples and honey coated cashews. A lingering finish that is incredibly smooth and fruity with a subtle fruit and spice.
