A blended malt with a lighter floral note that builds to something rather special


Nose: Soft honey and coca, pineapple chunks with a dash of soft pepper peeping through. Spring time floral notes with a hint of chocolate and fresh baked sponge.


Palate: Starting off with a delicious light summer fruit tone, some citrus and toffee. A dry spiced note starts to push forward but this is a nice build up to a more complex paprika and crushed peppercorns, a flow back to delightful rounded summer fruits takes this dram to a lingering finish.
