Craigellachie 13 Refill Hogshead 46% - Speyside

New Star Label

Before you drink this dram sit down a relax its not made for over thinking ! Its made to challenge the palate and perceptions about Speyside whiskies.

Nose: A punchbag of aromas on the nose, powerful and robust, organic countryside aromas, some flinty notes, chalky with dried spices. (Sounds more westerly than speyside)

Palate: The challenge from the nose continues on the palate, A rich bold palate, some roasted dark coffee beans, dark 70% cocoa solids, dry spices and hints of lint and lemon.

Highly recommend this as an after dinner dram.
