Nose: Smoke and peat lead the front of the nose, dark berries and chocolate truffles, sweet tangy smoked meats open up a deliciously rich citrus note.

Palate: The smoke on the nose resting perfectly with the peat on the front of the palate, toasted almonds with cherry trifle, creamy notes wrap cross the palate leading to a sherry and candied orange finish with a little more smoke and sweet peat.
