Palate: A very interesting play on the opening of the palate between a little dark tangy chocolate and spice, dark fruit cake and soft baked brioche, vanilla and rich citrus notes like tangerine and orange candied peel, a hint of melon,  A rich sweet spice prevails across the mid palate right to the tangy rich finish.
