Nose: Dates and spice, some runny toffee and ginger, Fresh sweet hand rolled tobacco leaves, fresh cut banana and cream with hints of vanilla pod, figs in chocolate.


Palate: Chewy toffee and hazelnut bars, candied orange with a dash all spice, dried dates with some dried strawberry and cream. Chocolate and brandy snaps with a little lemon oil, doughnuts and fresh crushed pine nuts, a slight dryness leads to a more rounded smooth sweetness.
This rum is a winner from start to finish.
