Nose: A sublime sweet and dry mix on the nose, Some light golden honeycomb and fresh sliced melons, honey and vanilla, hints of almond flakes and truffles, light mango and pears.
Palate: Sugared almonds, light toffee and sweet peach’s, toffee sauce and hints of candied summer fruits, with some shaved orange peel and light pineapple juice, a light hint of crushed herbs, toasted brioche and honey.
A superbly balanced and very tempting cask indeed.
