Nose: Some sweet citrus, Honey and a little soft spice with fresh oak, creamy oily notes with a vanilla and shortbread aroma 

Palate: With a rich palate of forest berries and red orchard fruits, Some zesty citrus with orange and lime playing a subtle note on the mid palate before they open up to reveal a rich vanilla and soft sponge cake flavour, a final flourish of sweet spices and lemon lift the finish perfectly with a long lingering fruit and soft sweet peppery tone.
